Once the plans are drawn up, we develop a detailed tender letter for you. If you wish to go ahead, we get stuck into the approval process and start planning and scheduling all works, pre-ordering items where needed so when we come to the construction phase we can hit the ground running. Everything is in place, communication is regular so the process can be as smooth as possible for you.
